1. BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT TERMS

1.1 A non-refundable Booking Fee of 50% of the total price is required to secure the date and photography services of Tunnel Vizuals. Upon payment, the date will be reserved exclusively for you, and all other enquiries for this date will be turned away.

1.2 The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date.

1.3 If the final balance is not paid by the due date, Tunnel Vizuals reserves the right to terminate the contract and withhold services, and the Booking Fee will not be refunded.

2. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

2.1 All photographs taken by Tunnel Vizuals remain the sole property and copyright of Tunnel Vizuals under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

2.2 The clients are granted a digital licence for personal use only. This allows you to print, copy, and share the images with family and friends. You may not sell, alter, or use the images for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission from Tunnel Vizuals.

3. PROMOTIONAL USE

3.1 The clients agree that Tunnel Vizuals may use any images from the day for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, display on the Tunnel Vizuals website, portfolio, social media channels, brochures, and photography competitions.

4. CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

4.1 If the client cancels the booking, the 50% Booking Fee is entirely forfeited to cover lost revenue and administrative costs.

4.2 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

4.3 If the client requests to change the wedding date, Tunnel Vizuals will do its best to accommodate the new date subject to availability. If Tunnel Vizuals is unavailable on the new date, it will be treated as a cancellation by the client.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

5.1 Tunnel Vizuals will take the utmost care with the equipment, digital capture, and processing of images. However, in the unlikely event of total or partial equipment failure, theft, loss of digital data, or injury/illness to the photographer(s), the liability of Tunnel Vizuals is strictly limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

5.2 Tunnel Vizuals will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, or venue closures. In the event of photographer illness, Tunnel Vizuals will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement photographer of similar skill, though this cannot be guaranteed.

6. IMAGE DELIVERY TIMELINE

6.1 While Tunnel Vizuals will make every effort to deliver the completed digital gallery as soon as possible, standard delivery time is between 8 to 10 weeks from the wedding date. This may extend slightly during peak wedding season.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

7.1 Tunnel Vizuals will process and store the personal data of the clients and guests safely and securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR regulations. Data will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling this photography contract.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

8.1 This contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any unresolved disputes arising from this contract shall be dealt with through the courts of England and Wales.
