1. LEGAL OWNERSHIP OF WORKS

All photographs, video footage, digital assets, and written content produced by or published on the Tunnel Vizuals website and client galleries are the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Tunnel Vizuals, protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Copyright is not transferred upon the purchase or delivery of any photography package.

2. CLIENT USAGE & PERSONAL LICENSE

Booked clients are granted a non-exclusive digital license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Allowed: Downloading high-resolution files, printing photos for personal display, and sharing images across personal social media profiles.
• Prohibited: Selling images, entering images into third-party contests without consent, or using images for commercial, promotional, or business purposes without written permission.

3. ANTI-ALTERATION & STYLE INTEGRITY CLAUSE

To protect the professional brand style, documentary editing, and visual reputation of Tunnel Vizuals:

• No party (including clients, guests, or third-party vendors) may re-edit, crop, alter, recolor, or apply social media filters/presets (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, VSCO) to final delivered images.
• Removing, cropping, or obscuring watermarks or brand credits on preview images is strictly prohibited.

4. THIRD-PARTY VENDOR & COMMERCIAL USAGE

Wedding venues, event planners, florists, hair and makeup artists, stylists, and all other commercial entities do not receive usage rights through the couple’s personal license.

• Commercial vendors may not screenshot, download, re-upload, or feature Tunnel Vizuals images on websites, marketing brochures, print media, or social channels without a valid commercial license.
• Vendors wishing to feature imagery must contact info@tunnelvizuals.com to request a commercial release and agree to credit/ tag @TunnelVizuals in all digital and print displays.

5. WEBSITE & DIGITAL ASSET PROTECTION

Unauthorized downloading, screen recording, automated web-scraping, direct hotlinking, or feeding Tunnel Vizuals imagery into artificial intelligence (AI) training models directly from this website or connected galleries is strictly prohibited.

6. INFRINGEMENT & UNAPPROVED USAGE FEES

Any unauthorized commercial use of Tunnel Vizuals imagery by third parties will result in an immediate takedown request and a retroactive invoice charged at Tunnel Vizuals' standard commercial usage licensing rate (starting at £250 per image, scaling dependent on reach and platform). Legal remedies will be pursued through the courts of England and Wales for deliberate copyright violations.
